The pool had mold growing around the upper part of the liner and I was surprised to see so many very young kids and teens swimming so late in the evening (10pm). Most facilities don't allow young children in the hot tub...period...we were hoping to enjoy the hot tub for a moment and we were never able to even set a toe into it since there were so many kids (about 6-8 total at one time). Otherwise, the stay was very nice!
Nice facility, clean room, friendly hotel staff.
The second floor smelled like smoke, and they messed our payment up..
It had rooms available!
The bathroom was disgusting!! A ring in the toilet showed it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the floor in the the bathroom was also nasty!
The place was close to where I needed to visit
A little old fashion
The staff was friendly and the room was decent.
The hotel is old and needs a major remodel. The parking area outside the hotel had lots of signs " hotel is not responsible for damage or stollen items from your car". This made me very nervous. So I parked my car in their covered lot far from our room.
I enjoyed staying at the Ramada. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Although it was a good experience, I am not sure why my credit card was charged since I paid cash for my room. Also, not sure why my card was charged for 154.00 as opposed to the 134.00 that I paid.
When we checked in, I did not recall my license number, but was told I had to proivide it to check in; never had that happen in over 30 years of travel. We booked and were told we were placed in a non-smoking room, but that entire wing of the hotel and our room reeked of smoke.
Smelly room, high pricemoon-scape adjacecent area the result of tearing down a cinima.
The bed was fine. The breakfast we were given for our troubles at the attached restaurant was good.
Keys wouldn't work to the outside door near our room. Went to the front desk and they checked the keys for correct programming. Sent maintenance to the outside door to check on it. Walked to our room, but keys wouldn't work. Went back for new keys, maintenance man waited by room, but new keys wouldn't work either. He changed batteries in door, still wouldn't work, he went to the front to get new room for us. Took us to new room and gave us coupons for free breakfast. It was a hassel, but appreciated the breakfast. Rooms could use updating/refreshing. New carpet? Wall coverings? Outside door had evidence of potential break=in. . . . .
